1. Booking & Confirmation

• All reservations must be made through our official website, phone line, or authorized agents.

• Bookings are confirmed only after payment is received or a confirmation is sent via email or SMS.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details.

2. Pricing and Payments

• Prices are quoted based on the selected service, vehicle type, duration, and special requests.

• Airport Transfers: $130 per SUV (flat rate)

• Island Tours / Wedding Transport: $120/hour (minimum 3 hours)

• Dinner Transportation: Rate based on destination (custom quoted)

• Payments are accepted via PayPal, credit card, or other methods as offered during checkout.

• Prices are in USD and inclusive of basic service fees. Gratuity is optional but appreciated.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Waiting Time & Delays

• We allow a grace period of 15 minutes for non-airport pickups and 60 minutes for airport pickups (from actual landing time).

• Additional waiting time will be charged at $30/hour (or part thereof), billed in 15-minute increments.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Vehicle Requests & Upgrades

• While we aim to accommodate vehicle preferences, specific models may be subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles as needed to meet booking commitments.

6. Passenger Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for ensuring all passengers adhere to safety guidelines and seat belt laws.

• Damage to vehicles caused by clients or their guests will be billed accordingly.

• Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

7. Child Safety & Car Seats

• Infants (0–2 years) must be declared during booking.

• Parents may bring their own car seats; installation is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

8. Privacy & Data Use

• We respect your privacy. All personal information is used solely for booking and service fulfillment purposes.

• Your data will not be shared or sold to third parties without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• 2JAY’S VIP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Modifications

• 2JAY’S VIP reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• Continued use of our services after changes are posted implies acceptance of those changes.
